Team Facilitation

At GCC we are expert in supporting team development through facilitation of business and team process, including strategy development, cultural development, communication process, high performance behaviour. Team events centre on relevant business issues and include focused action planning.

Team Development

For teams to move to high performance, there needs to be clarity of purpose, direction and working style. We help leadership teams to define their style, agree values and behaviours, understand roles and responsibility and develop clear strategic plans for the future. This enables the team to move forward with agreed actions and timelines, plus outlines a way of working that everyone has bought into.

Team Coaching

Once team agreements have been made, it is essential that they are used rigorously in day to day working. This is not always easy to do, as old habits die hard. To help break those habits, GCC facilitators work with teams in their real time meetings to review behaviour against agreements, give feedback on team functioning and define next steps in change. By tracking behaviour in this way, teams have a much greater chance of delivering on expectations and objectives in a positive way.

The Great Leader 360

Using our research into Employer of Choice, we have created a rigorous 360 feedback process that measures individuals against the behaviours of Great Company Leaders. This enables both developing and established leaders to assess their personal impact. Each 360 is accompanied by a two hour coaching session to define the main areas for development and to create a measurable action plan.

Executive Coaching

All GCC Coaches have a background in both business and psychology which enables them to support coachees in understanding and redefining personal constructs about leadership. Coaching sessions are based in real time workplace issues, so that actions can be directly related to improving performance on a day to day basis.

Business Mentoring

There are times when aspiring leaders need a sounding board from someone who has worked in a similar role and so can share their experience of the workplace. A mentoring session provides a confidential environment in which to explore specific business issues, share ideas and refine business strategy and process.
