Using our research into Employer of Choice, we have created a rigorous 360 feedback process that measures individuals against the behaviours of Great Company Leaders. Each 360 is accompanied by a two hour coaching session to define the main areas for development and to create a measurable action plan.
The mentoring session provides a confidential environment in which to explore specific business issues, share ideas and refine business strategy and process.
