Biography

A highly skilled & experienced HR Talent Development & Performance Enhancement professional Suzanne’s career spans a broad and impressive range of organisations and sectors.

As a young Personal Sector Manager for Barclays Bank PLC she lead teams of Personal Bankers successfully driving a specific focus on customer service, sales & getting results. On the back of her proven results she was frequently selected to facilitate at the company Training Centre and manage additional branches.

Moving across into the highly dynamic and people-centric Telecommunications industry she has become an experienced Leader, Executive Coach, Trainer & Facilitator who has consistently demonstrated passion and resilience thereby having the Emotional Intelligence, experience and credibility to help Leaders and Managers to harness their full potential, become the best they can be and ultimately achieve their stretch-business results and strategic goals.

As a highly motivated individual Suzanne takes a pragmatic approach and focuses on embedding a culture of development and learning within her work. She values and believes learning, development and coaching are key in the sustained delivery of successful business results and has successfully built and led a team of leadership coaches and devised and implemented a companywide coaching and culture change programme. The leading edge mentoring scheme she implemented in the UK whilst at T-Mobile was viewed as so exceptional that it was replicated internationally.

As a very driven and energetic individual Suzanne has always combined a high level and successful career with bringing up twin boys, an active social life and additional professional interests such as private life coaching – she’s maximises her life opportunities just as she helps others to do.

In her latest career evolution Suzanne joined GCC in 2012 following over 30 successful years within the banking and telecommunications industries. She has extensive practical experience of being a leader and delivering on strategic projects as well as working within HR L&D/OD for over 15 years. She has an interest in social networking, in particular where it can assist with continuous development and learning.

Qualified through CIPD, gaining student of the year award, Myers Briggs Step I, accredited Association for Coaching Executive Coach, Pinpoint facilitator and a CIPD mentor for Hertfordshire, Suzanne is value led, pragmatic and has a high level of emotional intelligence which when combined with her natural curiosity and creativity gives an empathetic, engaging and collaborative approach.

In the time Suzanne devotes to relaxation she enjoys spending time with friends and family, working on her own continual learning & development, is a keen and competitive Tennis player, enjoys the social aspects of being a club member and practices Pilates.
