Andrew is an experienced executive coach, trainer and facilitator.

He worked for 20 years in Organisational Development/ Human Resources in a blue chip environment and has extensive experience of the diamond industry. Within De Beers he set up and managed Learning and Development for the organisation. His work has included organisation and culture change and the introduction a of performance management culture.

During his career he has lived and worked in a number of different countries including Angola, South Africa, Namibia, Belgium and has experience of working with people of different cultural background.

As a young man he held a commission with the Gordon Highlanders and served in Northern Ireland in dangerous and difficult conditions.

Andrew is qualified through the CIPD, and certified to use a range of psychometric measures, which bring quality and added depth to his work.. A strong sense of pragmatism combined with creativity of a gives him a unique and innovative approach.

He is a also a keen rock climber and watercolourist.
